“Then God said, ‘Let the waters abound with an abundance of living creatures [souls], and let birds fly above the earth across the face of the firmament [expanse] of the heavens.’ So God created [bara] great sea creatures and every living thing that moves, with which the waters abounded, according to their kind, and every winged bird according to its kind. And God saw that it was good.” Genesis 1:20-21.
“When Pilate saw that he could not prevail at all, but rather that a tumult was rising, he took water and washed is hands before the multitude, saying, ‘I am innocent of the blood of this just Person. You see to it.’ And all the people answered and said, ‘His blood be on us and on our children.’” Matthew 27:24-25.
Jesus Christ will be seated on the great white throne of judgment, all of the ungodly will stand before the throne, and all of the heavenly hosts will be arrayed beside and behind Jesus, and the books will be opened.
“And books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead where judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books. The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works.” Revelation 20:12b-13.
“Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, ‘I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.’” John 8:12.
“The Pharisees therefore said to Him, ‘You bear witness of Yourself; Your witness is not true.’ Jesus answered and said to them. ‘Even if I bear witness of Myself, My witness is true, for I know where I came from and where I am going; but you do not know where I come from and where I am going.’” John 8:13-14.
